Mutiny – a little

If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed

Ain’t it always the way? I no sooner spout wisdom about how the Pirates “know their way around the galley” than I get sick and end up with a mini-mutiny on my hands. I say mini because the Pirates really kinda think they’re doin’ the right thing, and they (being Pirates) probably think they’re doin’ a good job.

But………. today, I dragged my poor, pitiful self (it’s a sinus infection) out of my quarters, don’t ask me why I headed towards the galley because I don’t remember, but the sad, sad, sad fact is I went in there. Now, it’s been 2 days since I looked at the galley. Oh they’ve been cleaning it, cuz I told ‘em too, but do you remember the line about “You don’t always get what you expect, but you usually do get what you inspect”? I AM so wise. It’s true, so true. My galley looks like it has been cleaned by Pirates!
