		<description>You&#039;re so right- a rinse agent does make such a difference!  :)  
I&#039;ve found that I can use white vinegar (just pour it in like the rinse agent), instead of a commercial rinse agent, and it works just fine.

		<description>Oh my, we have the same cups ... you&#039;re right about the tile floors!  Out here in CA we have a restaurant supply store called Smart and Final that sells them, and all kinds of other restaurant grade kitchen equipment.  I&#039;m gonna have to try the rinse agent idea too!
