This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.  Psalm 118:24

Why is it, that this is hard to remember in the middle of the night when a child, who is really old enough to make it to the toilet in time, is sick all over the floor?

I have to try harder to remember to be more graceful during these times.

Well, you COULD say that it was only for the day, not the night.

But I wouldn’t. ;)

I actually differentiate between little and big kids by if they can make it to the bathroom in time to throw up. It’s not an age… it’s a control thing!

I’ll be praying for your family to feel better soon.

Now if I could just be graceful when I am doing beginning reading with the 5 yo, helping with math with the 7 and 9 yo, and having all three of the three and under crowd crying at the same time…

Sigh. Someday I’ll miss these times, won’t I?
