First off, I wanna say thank you to every one who participated in yesterday’s Help for Growing Families. I hope y’all will come back next Tuesday for another round-up of great advice for moms.
If you want bang for your holiday buck, pogo sticks are the toy to buy. It’s not hard to learn how to do it, and it’s so much fun you’ll the children will wanna keep on doing it! Really, I could use these babies as incentive for… well, anything I want. Is it wrong to say, “Sure sweetie pie, you can go play on your pogo stick, just as soon as you’re done puttin’ that new roof on the garage.”
And pogo-sticking builds lots of muscle and coordination. It’s also a somewhat strenuous workout!
This red and blue number is for 5 to 9 year olds. And 5 – 9 year olds need to jump, don’t they? The Squid is just learning.
The cool black and yellow dude is the one Billy Bones has gotten up to a count of 1,114 on. It’s for 8 years old and up and has a safety rating for 80 – 160 lbs.
And this black and chrome bad-boy is great for big kids (and their dads) 120 – 220 lbs. The Cap’n is working on the height of his jumps with this one.
Don’t forget to enter my giveaway! Then go on back to Works for me Wednesday to finish your Christmas toy shopping!
