Math

I’ve been somewhat exasperated with the lack of math fact knowledge among Cannonball Jack and The Squid.  We have done flashcards and MathShark and drills on paper and I see very little retention.  I’m reluctant to move on to more advanced concepts before they have a handle on the facts.

So, in an attempt to drill them on the facts until they are really “over” learned, I have ordered some math games.  Board game type things.

These ought to do the trick.

Phonics

I am also going to start using Happy Phonics again.  Monday, I think.
