I get so single-minded. Really, like a dog on a bone. And this is a good thing, most of the time.
Like when I apply my tenacity to being frugal. Look out. I can make dinner out of seven saltines and a little ketchup. Well, almost.
But, when it is applied to wasting time, then we have a problem. So. Just so ya know, I may not be here every day. Your comments may not get any attention for a day or two, compared to every thirty minutes.
And just for grins, I may just change the looks of this joint. And maybe the name. Hmm… Can’t change the URL though so you won’t get lost looking for me.
But, it’s still me. Still homeschoolin’, and cookin’, and cleanin’, and doin’ 4-5 loads of laundry daily. And, as always, tryin’ new things.

Oh, I had, but I got over it. What you have to understand is my “all or nuthin” personality. Ja ever see that movie Taladega Nights? Can’t really recommend it, but there is a recurring theme that just cracks me up. His Daddy teaches him this little catch phrase that is hogwash, but it’s kinda how I roll. The tag is, “If you ain’t first you’re last!”

I totrally understand and feel the same way! Your blog and other’s give inspiration and encouragement but I can gt too involved in reading and not being a nice Mommy!!! I too have shut the computer down for a day and give my time to the kids! Somehow time passes while on the computer before I even realuze it! Glad you can still give us laughs and smiles even if only 3 times a week!!!!
