Elvis and Bijou have a brand spankin’ new baby! Just hatched today.
Baby cockatiels are ugly.
Ugly. And it won’t even get cute for a few weeks. Good thing I don’t have to take care of it. Although, I’m sure if I had to feed it and clean it I might find some beauty in it. Eventually. Maybe. Ew. Ugly.
This is the daddy bird, Elvis, a few weeks ago.
Hey, Bijou, turn around! Bijou is the mama bird.
Elvis is a lutino and Bijou is a Cinnamon Pearl. Aren’t they beautiful? And their Cowboys are fairly passable, too, if I dare say!
