My daughter and I made this dish (sans peas though) tonite with red potatoes, unpeeled and fed thru the food processor. Half of the family liked it, half didn't. I think the potatoes were too thinly sliced and next time I will use a different kind of potato. But we had fun making it. It's easy. As far as sugar and chocolate, it's so easy to make your own and it's so smooth. Absolutely addictive. Pearl of Above rubies has a youtube video called Pearl's chocolate on how to make homemade sugar-free chocolate . Anyway, she used stevia (I used Nubrand White stevia because it doesn't have the bitter aftertaste in coffee like other cheaper brands do) and I loved it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FEsvf8AiSk&feature=related. You will never buy another chocolate bar and have to worry about sugar. Blessings, Natalie
