I love gifts in a jar.
Every time I have ever received one of these cool jars I have loved it to pieces and felt like it was such a neat, personal kind of gift.
Ant they’re so easy to make!
I can’t wait to get started!
Here’s an extensive list of “jars” and all the instructions. Here’s a bunch more. And here’s even more.
This is gonna be fun! I’m liking the looks of:
- Brownie Pie Mix
- Cinnamon Pancake Mix
- Nine Bean Soup
- Buffalo Chip Cookie Mix
- Ranch Salad Dressing
- Beef Barley Soup Mix
Which ones intrigue you?

I love recieving these kind of gifts too! I don’t know why I don’t make them!
The salad dressing intrigues me most because I haven’t seen that as a gift idea before, but I think it would be appreciated. And, you could do different dressings according to your particular specialty.
I love jars of goodies themselves, and two in a basket is really nice. The soup mixes are the ones I appreciate most these days because they are usually naturally gluten free. The others I have to pass on to friends and family who eat gluten.
Thanks, Mama Hen (love that name!),

What a fun idea! I’m planning on doing some Hot Cocoa Mix in jars this yr.
Thanks for sharing!
