Now I just have to buy the right kind of wheat berries, then we are gonna have some Whole Wheat Pancake makin' Cowboys! The 13 yo (Slim's older twin) and my 10 yod make great pancakes. We also make a great homemade syrup. The ratio is 2:1 of sugar and syrup. We add a little vanilla and/or a little maple flavoring and it is delicious. Keep leftovers in the fridge to reheat! So easy to make and the hot syrup is really good on pancakes, waffles or biscuits and melts the butter, too!! I don’t make pancakes, either, but my kids do.
