I know how you feel. We just got rid of our 15 passenger a few months ago, and I held on to the last. I loved that van – you could get all the kids AND the groceries necessary to feed them in that thing! We got a mini-van when Grandma moved in because she couldn’t get up in the big van, (and it’s not as big a deal now that we no longer have 3 in car seats, plus at least one stroller, hubby’s wheelchair, etc…) but I do miss some things about it. That thing was a much needed friend at one time!

Hey I call the blue van…the blue whale. I like whales they are a nice animal and it is blue. Always want to be nice to the vehicle and not insult it…don’t want it to get mad and stop working properly. LOL Yes our white suburban is dead too.

I miss my white Suburban. It died about two-three years ago and we have been traveling in two 5 seater vehicles since then. Yes, even on trips to Iowa, the Creation Museum and the Smokies! We are praying for an 12-15 passenger van, but are not being diligent in putting the money away to pay for it. Sigh!! We need to work on being more frugal.

One step closer to moving! I know codes are set up to keep junk yards from developing in people’s yards but it seems ridiculous that you can’t keep a non-working car parked in your own driveway. It is NO longer a free country.
