Barbed wire has pointy parts

Posted by: MotherHen   in My Pirates

I forgot to add that there was a HUGE game of group tag after dark for the teens.  I understand that it was a lot of fun, until . . .

kriptonite and OUCH! 003a

. . . until we had to take Tex for a tetanus shot.

Ouch, that hurts!
My church meets at a building with cow fields all around it and we have one field that is not taken up with cows that we use for our after church sports… which of course has barb wire. Tell Tex I understands how that feels – and that he will have much more awesome looking scars then I do =)

Did you notice the related post was “Granola Bars”? I wonder why…

Hope you feel better, Tex.

That is funny, Cari. I went and looked at the Granola Bars post. The best I can figure is since I used the word “texture” in the granola bars post and the barbed wire post was about Tex. . . sorta related, if you’re a computer. Anyway, the related post thingie is different each time you load the page, so, would likely be different next time you look. You do re-read all my posts don’t you, Cari? ;)

I lose sleep waiting to re-read each and every one of your posts… LOL. :P

Seriously, although I do not re-read most of them I do enjoy seeing that there is a new post on your blog!

I’m sorry, that must be a picture of my son. If there is any remote danger in an activity he seems to be the one to run into it. For two summers in a row he stepped on rusty nails while playing in the field out behind our house. You would think after the first time he’d have learned to be more careful. Hope Tex is healing up fine! I guess you can feed him granola bars. LOL!

Yeah, for all the strength and vigor this cowboy has, he does seem to get injured more than his share. Cool thing is, he’s tough as nails, and bears it well! :)
