I’ve been so busy!

Posted by: MotherHen   in Moving House

Mailing off our taxes today was such a relief!  Now that that burden is gone I can focus all my energy on moving.  I’m very excited about this.

I’ve decided that, since this is already a HUGE change for us, that I would start a brand spankin’ new blog.  Yup, I’m gonna quit bloggin’ here and take up bloggin’ there.

Are you interested in the list of reasons for the move?

Nah, me neither.

Anyway, go there.  Click the feed button in the sidebar and subscribe in a reader so you don’t miss any of the new posts at the new place.

Congrats. I am so happy for you.

We are moving to our new little piece of country in 2 days, after 2 months of constructing/remodeling. Now I have 1 days to finish packing….. no problem right:) Unfortunatly I will not have phone (eh who cares) tv (eh whatever) or INTERNET ACCESS for an undertermined amount of time….. please pray for me as I go through withdrawl. Cant wait to hear how it is going for you and yours when I am back.

Oh, Teresa! How long will this Amish existence go on? Maybe you’ll be so busy with country life that you won’t have time to even think about civilized things like phones and internet access. Maybe? BTW, I’m with ya on the phone part. I use my phone far more for some of the features it has, like the schedule, than for making and receiving calls.

I have no idea how long it will be. My dh was going to do work in trade for a company so they would put cable lines in, but the project he was going to do is on hold. They want over 3g’s to put the drop to the house in- yikees!!
I am so blessed dh has an iphone- at least then I can check personal mail:)- I won’t have to go completly dry- LOL. It will be good for me though right?!

Teresa – I’m sure it will be good. Free up a lot of time, and make you very disciplined about your time. Then, :D maybe there’s a library where you can go online?
